Initially you start by choosing a delivery method. Then you enter the recipient details, the amount you want to send and pay for the transfer with a debit or credit card or a bank transfer. Your transfer will be processed and delivered to the recipient. The delivery time of your transfer may vary depending on your method of delivery, the country you are sending to and how you pay the transfer.

If you pay with a bank transfer in the UK, it can take 1 working day for payment to reach KMB’s account. Once we have received your payment, we will immediately process your transfer and notify via email and push notifications. Payments done by card are a much faster option, as they only take a few minutes to reach your account.

You can easily pay a transfer with a debit/credit card or a bank transfer. The maximum amount for card payments is 5000 amount GBP. Alternatively, you can come to one of our branches and pay in cash.

There are two forms of identification when creating an account with KMB. These are listed below:

  • Passport
  • Driving License

We also require proof of address, one of the following is sufficient;

  • Gas bill
  • Electricity bill
  • Water bill

Cash pick-up is a transfer that your recipient can collect as cash from over 100,000 different locations around the globe.
We work with local partners and banks that process all cash pick-up transfers on behalf of KMB. Simply choose Cash pick-up as the delivery method and then choose the pick-up provider. Once your payment has been processed, both you and the recipient will receive an email with cash pick-up instructions.

A direct bank transfer is delivered straight to your recipient’s bank account in their local currency. Simply select `Direct to Bank` as the delivery method and then enter your recipient’s bank account details.
